Google Pay users in the U.K. can now select Klarna’s payment options when making purchases.
Raji Behal, Head of Western and Southern Europe, UK & Ireland at Klarna, expressed excitement about bringing Klarna’s payment options to Google Pay users, emphasizing the company’s goal to be available at every checkout.
Lisa Yokoyama, Director of Product Management at Google Pay, highlighted the expansion of the collaboration with Klarna to empower more people with flexible payment options and drive tangible growth for businesses.
Klarna on Google Pay will provide UK consumers with the flexibility to pay in three interest-free installments.
Users can manage purchases, track deliveries, handle returns, and manage repayments within the Klarna app.
With over 114 million active consumers worldwide, Klarna aims to expand its commerce network and offer shoppers an alternative to traditional credit cards.
