OSC Warns Investors About Unregistered Securities Companies
TORONTO, Ontario — February 24, 2026 — Leads & Copy — The Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) is alerting Ontario investors to several companies not registered to deal or advise in securities within the province.
The unregistered companies include: ESET Trading, Grin Dominance, High Peak Zenix (aka Highpeak Zenix), IntelApp2, Protraderai.org (aka Pro Trader AI), Profitbah (aka Profitifybah), Skycrest Valtrio, Arctic Valtrix AI, and Crysten Hexalo AI.
The OSC issues investor warnings and alerts regarding potentially harmful or illegal activities and maintains a warning list of companies or individuals whose activities may pose a risk to investors.

Ontarians approached by any of the listed firms or individuals, or any other unregistered entity, are advised to contact the OSC Contact Centre at 1-877-785-1555 or via email at inquiries@osc.gov.on.ca.
Investors are encouraged to verify the registration of anyone attempting to sell investments or provide investment advice. This can be done by visiting the “Check Before You Invest” or the “Crypto businesses” pages on the OSC website.
